Real Madrid and BMW have announced a new commercial partnership. Audi is replaced by the German automaker, which will now be associated with the white club. Although neither party has released any official economic data regarding the agreement's extension, some of it has already been leaked on social media.
According to Sportico journalist Lukasz Baczek, Real Madrid will receive about 7.5 million euros per year under the new agreement, putting itself in second place among the sponsors, just after Adidas and Fly Emirates. Audi paid about $5 million per season up until the contract ran out.
Real Madrid stated that all of the first team, women's section, and basketball section players will drive 100% electric vehicles. In order to bet on future mobility, sustainability, and diversity, they will thus set an example, according to the organization's official statement.
