Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti has provided an update on Vinicius Jr.'s recovery, confirming that the Brazilian star is on track to return for next week's Champions League match against Atalanta. Ancelotti stated: “Seeing Vinicius is good news, he has recovered very well. He won’t be ready for tomorrow, but he will be ready for the Champions League.”
The Real Madrid coach also shared insights on David Alaba's progress, noting that while the Austrian defender has been valuable in training, his return is still some time away. Ancelotti explained, “Alaba has helped us a lot in training, but he needs another month. He will be back in January. The deadline for him is next year.”
