Real Madrid's plans for the final weeks of the summer transfer window have reportedly stalled due to the uncertain futures of Eduardo Camavinga and Raúl Asencio.

According to COPE, the issue is not only related to the players' performances but also to the club's need to maintain balance within the squad. José Mourinho has already identified both midfield and central defense as positions that require reinforcements, but Real Madrid must first complete outgoing transfers before pursuing new signings.

Despite the club's intentions, neither Camavinga nor Asencio is eager to leave the Santiago Bernabéu. Both players remain determined to stay and fight for their places, even though their opportunities could be significantly reduced during the 2026/27 season.

Real Madrid continue to monitor several transfer targets, but their room for maneuver remains limited. As long as Camavinga and Asencio remain part of the squad, the club's ability to bring in new players will be severely restricted.
