After Eduardo Camavinga posted some photos of himself from the match against Atletico Madrid, teammates Lucas Vazquez and Luka Modric commented, "Bixente Lizarazu."

This appears to be Cama's new nickname after he played left-back against Atletico, and did an excellent job.

For the record, Lizarazu is a French left-back who played in the 1990s and the beginning of the 2000s. He is regarded as one of the best full-backs of his generation. He won the Champions League with Bayern Munich and the World Cup and Euros with France.
