Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti recently shared an interesting detail about his matchday habit in an interview with Giacomo Poretti for the actor and director's popular podcast. Ancelotti explained why he frequently chews gum on the bench during matches, saying, "It's just a way of getting rid of a bit of stress. Some people criticise me for that, but for me it's a way of... Because when the match starts, my heart rate is at 120, now for example it's at 63. Maybe the gum helps me."
