Real Madrid Castilla dropped two valuable points at the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium after drawing with Zamora in a match that slipped away in the final minutes.
The home side looked on course for victory after taking control through two goals. Palacios opened the scoring from the spot in the first half, giving Castilla the advantage before the break. After halftime, Alexis Ciria scored to extend the lead and put the reserve team in a strong position.
However, the visitors reacted late in the game. Zamora found a way back with goals in the 83rd and 89th minutes, completing a late comeback that denied Castilla the three points.
