Real Madrid have received an offer to sign Chelsea forward Timo Werner, as the west London club are trying to offload the player.
Chelsea are trying to offer the German to various clubs after the player made it clear his desire to leave, and the lack of strikers in Real Madrid, made them one of the possible destinations for Werner.
According to Cadena Ser, If Real Madrid decide to get the player, the deal will cost them around 35 million euros. There is the possibility of a loan transfer with the option of buying next year.
It's not clear if the German player will be happy to move the Spanish capital, as he is looking for more first team play. in Madrid, apparently he will be the back up for Benzema, rather than being the first choice.
The departure of Jovic and the imminent transfer of Mayoral to Getafe, mean that Mariano is the only striker option that Los Blancos will have. Although Ancelotti announced that the club will not make any more transfers this summer, but the striker option is the only possible one that Real Madrid may go for because of the lack of the options, and specially in a very demanding season like this.
