Real Madrid achieved a new benchmark in Europe. This time they broke the record for wins in the Regular Phase of the Euroleague (26) with two games remaining, surpassing Fenerbahce's mark in 2019.

They did so following a thrilling victory over Red Star at the WiZink Center (101–94). They managed to overcome a 16-point deficit in just four minutes and seal the victory in a dramatic fourth quarter.

Hezonja was decisive in achieving the victory with a steal and a dunk at the end of the match (20 points and 22 rating) along with Musa (30 points and 40 rating). Tavares had a double-double (11 points and 11 rebounds) while Llull completed his 400th game in the Euroleague.
