In his latest YouTube update, transfer expert Fabrizio Romano offered insights on the potential summer transfer of Nico Paz. According to Romano, Inter Milan is showing strong interest in Paz, partly due to the close connection between his father and Inter legend Javier Zanetti. However, despite this relationship, Romano noted that securing a deal won’t be straightforward.

"Inter have a special bond with Paz's family, and these relationships can certainly open doors," Romano said. "But negotiating a deal is another matter entirely."

Romano revealed that Real Madrid holds three buyback clauses over the next three years, starting this summer, with values ranging between €8 million and €10 million. The first clause becomes active this summer, with further clauses kicking in at €9 million and €10 million in 2026 and 2027, respectively.

"Real Madrid are fully aware that Nico Paz’s market value today is much higher than those buyback figures," Romano explained.

While Inter will aim to secure a deal, Romano emphasized that Real Madrid’s involvement complicates things, especially considering Nico Paz’s long-standing dream to play for Los Blancos.
