According to journalist José Félix Díaz of Marca, renewing Ferland Mendy's contract has become a top priority for Real Madrid. The French full-back already has an offer to extend his stay at the club beyond 2025. While an agreement has not yet been reached, both parties are in harmony and aim to finalize the renewal before the European Super Cup on August 14.
