The young Italian footballer lost consciousness, and the immediate response of the medical team was critical in reviving him, as players and fans alike watched in horror. The game was suspended as the worst was feared, with emotions running high on and off the field.

Thankfully, Bove was revived while being rushed to the University Hospital of Careggi in Florence, where he is currently recovering. On Monday, he was extubated, and he even received visits from his coach and teammates, offering a sign of hope for his continued recovery.

The football community has rallied around Bove, showing widespread support and affection. Among those reaching out was Real Madrid, who, through Emilio Butragueño, the club's Director of Institutional Relations, maintained contact with Bove's agent, Diego Tavano, to stay updated on the player's health. Tavano expressed his gratitude on social media, acknowledging the outpouring of love from around the world, including Real Madrid’s thoughtful gesture: "Thanks to Emilio Butragueño, who on behalf of Real Madrid was in contact with me all the time to find out about Edo.
