As the current season reaches its most thrilling and decisive stage, teams are already preparing for the next campaign. Footy Headlines has unveiled the first images of Real Madrid's third kit for the upcoming season, following the earlier reveals of their first and second kits.
This third kit will feature a light blue color, reminiscent of the one worn during the 2013-14 season, when Real Madrid secured their 10th European Cup. The kit's details will be in white. The iconic three Adidas stripes on the shoulders will be white but won’t extend to the sleeves, where a separate white detail appears. The collar will also be white, with a small cut revealing the blue fabric underneath. The Fly Emirates logo is white as well. Unlike the first and second kits, this third kit sports the Adidas Originals logo.
The shirt’s design draws inspiration from the blue seats of the Santiago Bernabéu stadium, specifically the ones in place before the ongoing renovation. Additionally, inside the shirt, the legendary phrase “90 minutes at the Bernabéu are very long” is inscribed—a tribute to Juanito’s famous quote from the 1985 UEFA semi-final against Inter Milan. Now, it’s just a matter of time before Real Madrid and Adidas officially unveil next season’s kits at the conclusion of this campaign.
