Florentino Pérez presided over the 2025 badge ceremony honoring Real Madrid members who have shown 50 and 60 years of uninterrupted loyalty to the club. This year, members who reached their 25th anniversary received their commemorative badges at home in recent days.
In a heartfelt speech, the president paid tribute to their devotion: "You have given everything for this club and have achieved something rare — making Real Madrid the most admired and loved sports institution in the world. These gold and brilliant badges symbolize what you represent for us," Pérez said.
He emphasized the unbreakable unity that defines the club: "We are a great family, and unity is our greatest strength. It has helped us overcome major challenges and enjoy the institutional stability necessary for our success. With over 630 million fans worldwide, Real Madrid lives in people's hearts. Being a Madridista is a way of life — it means never giving up."
On the sporting front, Pérez gave special praise to Luka Modri? and Carlo Ancelotti, reflecting on the club’s recent triumphs: "A year ago, we lifted our 15th European Cup at Wembley. This season, we added two more prestigious trophies — our sixth European Super Cup and the Intercontinental Cup, marking our ninth world title. But at Real Madrid, we always want more. Now, we're looking forward with excitement to the upcoming Club World Cup in the United States."
