Florentino Pérez has officially begun his new term as president of Real Madrid, marking his 22nd year in the role, with the potential to extend his presidency to 26 years. Many familiar faces continue to accompany him on this journey, including long-time executives Manuel Redondo and José Ángel Sánchez, who will remain in their respective roles as director of the cabinet and Foundation, and general director of the club. Manuel Gómez Barrera also joins the Board, having previously led the club's department of supporters.

José Luis del Valle has become the secretary of the board, while Enrique Sánchez, Enrique Pérez, Eduardo Fernández de Blas, and Pedro López Jiménez serve as vice-presidents. Catalina Miñarro remains the sole woman on the Board, continuing her directorial role since 2017.

A notable new addition to the Board is Francisco García Sanz, the former president of Wolfsburg and a key figure in the Volkswagen Group. With a wealth of experience in both the automotive industry and football administration, García Sanz brings significant expertise to the Real Madrid Board. He previously served on a commission to oversee the management of the Spanish Football Federation during an electoral process and holds an honorary doctorate in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Stuttgart. His long-standing career includes roles at General Motors and Volkswagen.
