One of the most talented youngsters of Real Madrid academy, Ismaila Diagne, is heading to the NCAA. According to Chema de Lucas from Relevo, he is finalizing a deal with Gonzaga.

Diagne averaged 10.2 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 0.9 blocks for 17 PIR in the Adidas Next Gen Tournament (ANGT) for Real Madrid's U18 team this season. Real Madrid ultimately won the ANGT in Berlin during the EuroLeague Final Four last week.

The 17-year-old, 2.14-meter big man played in four games in Liga Endesa this season, averaging 5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 1 block per game for 8.5 PIR.

He has become another promising European talent who has chosen to develop his game in the NCAA.
