It’s official: Andriy Lunin has renewed his contract with Real Madrid until 2030. Initially, with his contract expiring this summer, all signs pointed to a free transfer exit. However, in the past few days, everything has changed dramatically.
The Ukrainian goalkeeper, advised by Jorge Mendes since April, expressed his determination to compete with Thibaut Courtois, signaling his desire to stay, even without guaranteed playing time. In the end, the deal was extended from four to six years, with a slight salary increase, and the signing is now a reality. Lunin remains a Real Madrid player until 2030.
