A few days ago, Kylian Mbappé attended a dinner at the Elysée Palace, where he met numerous personalities, such as France president Emmanuel Macron and emir of Qatar Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani.
Logically, some Real Madrid fans viewed this dinner with the utmost suspicion, which could well have been a new trap to convince Mbappé to renew his contract with PSG. In fact, the cameras caught Macron saying the following to the striker: "You're going to create more problems for us."
Now, L'Equipe publishes some quotes from the French President regarding the dinner at the Elysée Palace, where he clarifies that the soap opera was not discussed: "There were no discussions regarding the departure of Kylian Mbappé from Paris Saint-Germain. I leave that to the club's leaders. After all, there are 7 seasons at PSG..." Macron says.
The fact is that Kylian Mbappé will be a Real Madrid player starting next season. He already communicated his decision to Nasser Al-Khelaifi and his PSG teammates. The only thing missing is officiality, which will take place at the end of this season.
