Kylian Mbappé already has a house in Madrid. With his signing for Los Blancos practically closed, waiting only for the official confirmation, the French star has put the purchase of at least one luxury home in the Spanish capital on track. According to Vozpópuli, the PSG forward has reached an agreement with Sergio Ramos to buy the main house of his former teammate in the La Moraleja area. An operation that is around 18 million euros.

According to the same source, the former Real Madrid captain's initial plan was to sell his other residence in the luxurious neighborhood of the capital for a value of around six million euros, but Mbappé's request and offer have led him to accept selling his main property. This has a size of about 1,000 square meters on a plot of more than 15,000. The home and its design also meet the security requirements that the Frenchman's family values. The entire transaction, which was closed at the end of last week, has been established directly between the two players, their advisors, and immediate family members. Mbappé's trusted team is led by his mother and his agent,  Fayza Lamari, while Sergio Ramos' team involves his brother and his representative René and the firm Senn Ferrero.

However, this will not be the only house of Kylian in the Spanish capital. Apparently, he has also advanced talks to buy another mansion in La Moraleja, the details of which have not yet been revealed.
