Ferland Mendy has fully recovered from his muscle injury and is now available for selection at Real Madrid.
The French defender missed the last three matches, including the Intercontinental Cup triumph in Qatar, due to a leg injury.
Mendy’s season has been marked by inconsistency, both in terms of form and fitness, which has opened the door for Fran García to secure a more regular spot in the lineup.
However, the 29-year-old defender returned to full training with the squad on Friday and could be in contention for Real Madrid’s upcoming game against Sevilla on Sunday.
