Real Madrid have received positive news in the weeks leading up to their La Liga debut next season. Éder Militão, who suffered a serious injury toward the end of last season, has returned to the pitch and resumed training with the ball.
The Brazilian defender is now in the final stages of his recovery and is expected to be available again sooner rather than later.
Militão suffered a rupture of the proximal tendon of the biceps femoris muscle in his left leg, an injury that required surgery. As a result, he missed the World Cup and was sidelined for around three months.
The defender will now continue working on his recovery with the aim of returning to competitive action as soon as possible.
