Another injury setback for Real Madrid, this time involving Éder Militão. The Brazilian center-back had to leave the national team after experiencing discomfort during training on Wednesday. Medical tests conducted in the afternoon revealed a minor muscle tear in his right leg.
Militão will return to Madrid for treatment under the supervision of the club's medical team. This marks the third injury for Real Madrid this week, following the absences of Ferland Mendy and Aurélien Tchouaméni, who were injured during the match against Betis. Both players traveled to join the French national team but returned to Valdebebas on Tuesday to begin their recovery process.
Militão is ruled out for the upcoming game against Real Sociedad due to the minor muscle tear, as confirmed by an MRI performed by the Brazilian national team’s medical staff.
