Luka Modric has enjoyed an incredible career with Real Madrid, winning numerous trophies and emerging as the team's star player. The Croatian has now looked back to reminisce about some of his best moments with Los Blancos, posing with various commemorative shirts from the games he has played for Real Madrid.

"Real Madrid is everything to me," Modric stated to the club's channel. "It is part of my life, my family, and it is a way of life." The Croatian superstar reflects on the moments that have defined his 11 years as a Madridista in a season that may be his last.

"I'm from Croatia, and I was born there, but I've been here for 11 years, and I feel at home. I am grateful for everything I am experiencing at the best club in the history of football."

Alongside Casemiro and Toni Kroos, Modric formed an incredible midfield combination for Real Madrid, which won three Champions League trophies under Zinedine Zidane's leadership.

"With this shirt (250 games), we won the third Champions League in a row in Kiev," Modric said. "It was impressive and something that no team had ever done before.

"It's a very beautiful shirt, and they were unforgettable years. They were years of great success, of enjoying ourselves with our teammates and the way we played and competed."

After an incredible year with both club and nation, Modric also has the honor of being the first to win the Ballon d'Or, ending the reign of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

"I like the number 300," Modric continued. "This shirt is also special because I won the Ballon d'Or. Between the previous shirt and this one, I won the Champions League.

"Then I had an incredible World Cup with Croatia, and then I won the biggest individual football award. It was a dream, and it's something I will never forget. This shirt has a special place because of all this."

Alongside Karim Benzema, who won the Ballon d'Or the same year Real Madrid won the Champions League, Modric was a member of a team that dominated European football.

"It's also a special shirt for 450 games," Modric said. "Scoring a goal at the Santiago Bernabéu is very nice. I was captain in that game.

"But what I remember is that Karim presented his Ballon d'Or to the fans. Zidane and I were there with the trophy, and we gave it to him. Then I scored the goal in the win against Sevilla, and it was a perfect night."

"It's incredible, and I don't know what to say. Reaching this figure is impressive. 500 games is a number that not many players have managed to reach at Real Madrid. Being one of them fills me with pride. In addition to all the awards and titles, the recognition of the fans who have always been with me has been the most important thing. You can't fool people. The love I receive every time I step on the Bernabéu pitch makes me very happy. That's why I always want to give it back. giving them the most," he concluded.
