José Mourinho delivered a forceful press conference after Real Madrid's spectacular 4-3 comeback against Roma in the Champions League, criticising what he considers a lack of respect towards the club from the football federation.

"The Federation has shown little respect, and on top of that, we will play in Athens on Wednesday and they've scheduled us to play on Saturday. What they're doing isn't innocent," Mourinho asserted, expressing his frustration with the fixture schedule.

The Portuguese coach went even further, sending a direct message to supporters. "Real Madrid fans aren't stupid, and I'll do everything I can to open people's eyes." His comments reflected his anger over decisions he believes are working against Real Madrid.

Vinicius Junior's suspension was another source of frustration for Mourinho. The manager questioned why the club learned of the decision only hours before an important European fixture.

"Do you think it's normal that we find out about the suspension two hours before playing a Champions League game? The cat's out of the bag; they're acting like scoundrels."

Mourinho also addressed Vinicius' gesture, acknowledging the Brazilian's frustration while making it clear that he did not approve of his behaviour.

"I don't like Vinicius's gesture, but I understand it. Everyone does it, and I understand his frustration. You know what's most important? He was happy with his team's victory," he explained, highlighting the forward's reaction to Real Madrid's comeback.
