José Mourinho is not prepared to give up on Vinicius Jr. and has made a decision that underlines his continued confidence in the Brazilian forward. After missing Real Madrid's recent LaLiga matches due to suspension, Vinicius Jr. is available again for European competition and will immediately return to the starting line-up.

Mourinho confirmed this during his press conference when Javier Herráez asked him about Vinicius's return. "He will start," the Portuguese coach assured, leaving no doubt about the Brazilian's role in the team's next match.

The decision comes at an interesting moment for Real Madrid, who have won five consecutive matches and scored 19 goals since Vinicius was sent off. Despite the team's impressive results in his absence from LaLiga, Mourinho believes the return of one of his most dynamic attackers can raise the squad's level even further.

Vinicius's immediate reinstatement is also a clear show of faith from the manager, who wants the Brazilian to rediscover his best form. Real Madrid have demonstrated that they can win and score freely without him in LaLiga, but Mourinho has chosen to give him a prominent role from the outset rather than leave him on the bench.

The Portuguese coach wants to see Vinicius return to his most decisive form and believes his ability to change games could prove crucial during the decisive stages of the season. However, the emergence of Diomandé and the team's strong collective performances mean the pressure is growing on the Brazilian international. Mourinho has made his decision; now Vinicius must repay that confidence on the pitch and show why he remains an important figure at Real Madrid.
