Following the controversial sending off of Jude Bellingham in the Osasuna vs. Real Madrid match by referee José Luis Munuera Montero, fans have recalled another suspicious incident involving the same official.
Back in 2018, during Real Madrid’s 3-0 loss to Eibar, Munuera Montero was caught in a contentious moment after one of Eibar’s goals was upheld. The referee was spotted ‘celebrating’ the decision, high-fiving his assistants in the VAR room.
