Real Madrid has officially announced that Pau Quesada will take over as head coach of the women's team for the next two seasons, from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2027.
Quesada is no stranger to the club, having previously spent three seasons within the Real Madrid youth system. During that time, he managed Juvenil C, Cadete A, and Real Madrid C, leading the latter to promotion to the Second Federation in the 2023–24 season after clinching the Third Federation title.
He now returns to the club after gaining valuable experience in Serie A, where he served as an assistant coach at Torino last season. His appointment marks a new chapter in the continued development of Real Madrid’s women’s project.
