The Madrid Provincial Prosecutor's Office has requested four years in prison for ABR, ARL, JMMT and PSM, all of them members of the ultra group Frente Atlético, for hanging an inflatable doll with Real Madrid player Vinicius Junior's shirt on an exit bridge on the M-11 highway. The representative of the Public Ministry charges them with a crime of threats and another against fundamental rights and public freedoms, while demanding joint compensation of 6,000 euros as civil liability for the moral damages caused to the footballer.

According to the indictment, in the early hours of January 25 to 26, 2023, the four members of the Atlético Front went to the bridge with exit number 5 on the M-11 highway, towards Valdebebas, at the intersection with Avenida de Alejandro de la Sota, in Madrid. This bridge is located near the Real Madrid Sports City, "a place that also has wide visibility for all users of that road." Let's remember that the Copa del Rey match between Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid was scheduled to take place at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium in the following hours.

Once there, the four defendants hung an inflatable doll-type mannequin about 165 centimeters tall with black skin and hair color, wearing a Real Madrid football team shirt with the player Vinicius's name and number on the back, along with some stones as weights tied with insulating tape on what would represent his ankles, "as an unequivocal sign of contempt and rejection of the victim's skin color and motivated by a desire to undermine her feeling of tranquility."

Similarly, they hung a red fabric banner with white-painted letters bearing the slogan "Madrid hates Real" that measured 1.70x12.90 meters from the previously mentioned bridge.

By order dated May 24, 2023, issued by the Court of Instruction No. 26 of Madrid, it was agreed with respect to the 4 accused that they were prohibited from approaching less than 1,000 meters from Vinicius Junior and any place where he is located, the prohibition of communicating with him by any means, the prohibition of approaching less than 1,000 meters from his workplace, located in the Valdebebas Sports City, the prohibition of approaching less than 100 meters from the Santiago Bernabéu and Civitas Metropolitano stadiums, during any football matches played according to the calendar of the Professional Football League, during the four hours before and after all sporting events and the prohibition of approaching less than 1,000 meters from all stadiums of the league.
