Real Madrid have become the new sponsor of the Madring circuit and the Spanish Formula 1 Grand Prix, which will take place from September 11 to 13, following an agreement announced by the event's organizers on Wednesday.

The partnership confirms the growing relationship between the two entities, which are based in close proximity and are looking to benefit mutually from the collaboration. Despite recent controversy surrounding the noise generated by Formula 3 cars and videos featuring Real Madrid players during training, the agreement shows that both sides maintain a strong relationship.

The date and time of Real Madrid's La Liga match against Rayo Vallecano that weekend have yet to be confirmed. However, with the Champions League beginning the following week, the match is likely to be played on Saturday, potentially allowing players such as Courtois and other members of the squad to attend the Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The official statement confirmed: "Real Madrid joins the Spanish F1 Grand Prix as a local event supporter for the first edition at Madring, which will be held from September 11 to 13."
