Real Madrid secured victory in the first Clásico of the season at the Santiago Bernabéu. All three goals came in a thrilling first half: Mbappé opened the scoring in the 22nd minute after a superb assist from Bellingham, Fermín equalized for Barcelona in the 38th, and just five minutes later, Bellingham restored Madrid’s lead with a clinical finish.
In the second half, Szczesny saved a penalty from Mbappé in the 51st minute, but Real Madrid held firm to earn a well-deserved 2-1 win. Xabi Alonso’s team now extend their lead at the top of La Liga.
