Real Madrid secured a 107-114 victory over Monbus Obradoiro in their first away game of the Liga Endesa season, winning after overtime in a hard-fought contest.
Pedro Martínez's side took the initiative during the game but had to withstand sustained pressure from the Galician team until the final moments. Despite Obradoiro's efforts to stay in contention, Real Madrid eventually pulled away in overtime to claim their second league victory of the season.
Maledon once again led the way with an outstanding performance, recording 25 points and seven assists for a performance rating of 38. Just three days after posting a rating of 40 in the EuroLeague, the French guard delivered another impressive display. Luwawu-Cabarrot also made a major contribution with 25 points.
