The Real Madrid board is dissatisfied with Carlo Ancelotti for starting Toni Kroos and Luka Modric in midfield this year while putting an emphasis on giving youth a chance.

Florentino Perez reportedly warned Ancelotti on numerous occasions during the last season not to start the two legends together, according to Mario Cortegana of The Athletic.

Ancelotti took a risk by starting both players against Atletico Madrid on Sunday, but the move backfired as Atletico won the game 3-1.

Even though Kroos scored, Real Madrid failed to match their city rivals' pace and physicality, especially while transitioning the ball. Modric had no impact on the game and received a yellow card.

It is unlikely that Ancelotti will make the same errors again after the failure at the Metropolitano. Yet we will not know until the next match against Las Palmas on Wednesday.

Please how can we sack Ancelotti quickly, the earlier the better. His methods are outdated and doesn't give our youth the chance they deserve unlike Barca.
Mourihno lo que le falta al Madrid!
