Real Madrid are open to listening to offers for Raúl Asencio, but his departure has been complicated by two key factors.
According to journalist Miguel Serrano, the club have yet to receive suitable offers for the defender, while Asencio is also seeking to maintain the salary he currently earns at Real Madrid if he joins another club.
Those obstacles have reportedly led Real Madrid to consider a loan deal with an option to buy instead of a permanent transfer.
The club believe such an arrangement could benefit all parties. A loan would give Asencio the opportunity to secure regular playing time and continue his development, while an option to buy would allow his new club to make the move permanent if he performs well.
