Real Madrid suffered a narrow defeat against Baskonia at the Movistar Arena in the penultimate round of the Liga Endesa, in what was their final home game before the playoffs.
Scariolo’s side remained in contention until the closing moments but were unable to secure the victory in a tightly contested match.
Mario Hezonja was Real Madrid’s standout performer, finishing with 21 points, 7 rebounds, and a performance rating of 27.
The game also marked the debut of Omer Yurtseven in a Real Madrid shirt.
