LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne’s Guerschon Yabusele can be heading to Real Madrid, per Donatas Urbonas.
Yabusele, 25, is in advanced talks with the Spanish powerhouse. He is also weighing in his NBA options but will likely join Madrid if he stays in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, as reported.
The French forward was selected with the 16th pick of the 2016 NBA draft. He appeared in 90 NBA games with the Boston Celtics between the 2017-18 and 2018-19 seasons. He since moved to China before returning to France and ASVEL.
Yabusele has since made his way to 32 EuroLeague games averaging 10.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.1 assists per contest. In the French league, he has put up 14.5 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per Jeep Elite Pro A match this season.
