According to Marca, Andriy Lunin has expressed a desire to leave Real Madrid this summer in order to gain regular playing time.

If the Ukrainian goalkeeper leaves the club, Los Blancos will require a backup for Thibaut Courtois.

The club has already chosen a replacement for Lunin. David Soria, a 30-year-old Getafe goalkeeper who represented Real Madrid youth teams in the 2000s, is on the agenda. Soria has made almost 200 senior games since making his debut with Sevilla in 2015. He appears to be a solid alternative for Madrid, but it remains to be seen whether Getafe will let him go.
