Real Madrid’s Juvenil A team have qualified for the Round of 16 of the UEFA Youth League after a convincing victory over Marseille.
Álvaro López’s side, playing their 100th match in the competition, defeated the French outfit 5-2 in the single-leg Round of 32 tie at the Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium.
After a tightly contested first half that ended 2-2, Real Madrid pulled away after the break, asserting their superiority to seal the win. The team will discover their opponent for the next round this Friday.
