Real Madrid have initiated discussions with Vinicius Jr.'s representatives regarding a potential contract renewal, according to Relevo. The club wants to demonstrate their appreciation for the Brazilian star's value by offering him a new deal with improved financial terms, particularly following his near miss in the 2024 Ballon d'Or race.
Real Madrid reportedly began exploring the possibility of extending Vinicius' contract a few months ago, aiming to secure his long-term future at the club. While Vinicius has acknowledged the offer and expressed gratitude, he is in no rush to finalize a new agreement.
The Brazilian winger is said to prefer waiting for the ideal moment to renegotiate, possibly when he is in top form. His current contract with Real Madrid runs until June 2027. Despite some interest from a Saudi Arabian club, Vinicius remains uninterested in a move to the Middle East.
