Real Madrid will face Al Hilal, Pachuca, and Salzburg in the Group Stage of the 2025 Club World Cup, following the draw held in Miami, which will also host the tournament's opening match. Ancelotti’s side has been placed in Group H and will compete in the United States from June 15 to July 13, 2025.
The tournament, featuring 32 teams, will be divided into eight groups of four, with teams playing each other once in a round-robin format. The top two teams from each group will advance to the knockout stages. From the round of 16 onward, all matches will be single elimination, with no extra time. If a game ends in a draw after regular time, the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout.
Group A: Palmeiras, Porto, Al Ahly and Inter Miami.
Group B: PSG, Atlético, Botafogo and Seattle Sounders.
Group C: Bayern Munich, Auckland City, Boca Juniors and Benfica.
Group D: Flamengo, Espérance Sportive de Tunisie, Chelsea and Club León.
Group E: River Plate, Urawa Red Diamonds, Monterrey and Inter.
Group F: Fluminense, Borussia Dortmund, Ulsan and Mamelodi Sundowns.
Group G: Manchester City, Wydad, Al Ain and Juventus.
Group H: Real Madrid, Al Hilal, Pachuca and Salzburg.
