Real Madrid boasts nearly 100,000 members, but only one holds the prestigious number 1 spot: Sergio Nieto Díaz Albo. Born in Madrid a century ago, Nieto is set to celebrate his 100th birthday this Sunday, coinciding with the derby between Real Madrid and Atlético.
In an interview with Tomas Roncero of AS, Nieto expressed his heartfelt wish: "Roncero, I'm turning 100 this Sunday, and I hope our lads give me a victory." With a sharp mind and boundless enthusiasm for the club he has supported his entire life, Nieto is optimistic about the new season. “I believe the team is getting stronger, and despite Mbappé's absence, we will win 1-2 at the Metropolitano,” he predicted.
