Facundo Campazzo was pivotal, scoring 18 points and dishing out 10 assists, with a Player Index Rating (PIR) of 32. His clutch three-pointer with just two seconds remaining forced the game into overtime.
After two intense overtime periods, Chus Mateo’s men showed their determination, with an outstanding performance from Walter Tavares. The Cape Verdean center dominated in extra time, finishing with 24 points, 18 rebounds, and an impressive PIR of 39. Mario Hezonja also shone, contributing 23 points, including 15 in the third quarter.
