Enrique Riquelme has doubled down on his promise to bring Erling Haaland and Rodri to Real Madrid, responding to Florentino Pérez's latest comments during an appearance on Cope's El Partidazo.

After Pérez announced plans to submit what he described as the biggest transfer offer in Real Madrid's history, Riquelme maintained his confidence regarding the two signings that have become central to his campaign.

"We all know how this works here, you have to protect the player. His entourage is protecting him, and I think that's fantastic. But I still think the same as yesterday. I'm not going to give any more details about contracts. But I stand by what I said yesterday: if I'm president, Rodri and Haaland will play for Real Madrid. And if they don't play, well, there are my promises; I'll pay the members' dues."

The presidential candidate also revealed another addition to his project, confirming that Vicente del Bosque will be involved should he win the election.

"He will be part of our project in a completely selfless way, solely for the good of Real Madrid."

Del Bosque joins a growing list of former club figures associated with Riquelme's campaign, including Raúl González Blanco, Fernando Hierro and Iker Casillas, all of whom have been assigned prominent roles within his proposed structure.
