Sergio Llull continues to etch his name in Real Madrid history. In the recent clash against Barcelona, the captain became the Real Madrid player with the most appearances in the Endesa League, reaching an impressive milestone of 620 games. To honor this achievement, club president Florentino Pérez presented Llull with a commemorative shirt before the start of the Clásico.
Following the victory, Llull expressed his pride: "I'm very proud and happy. These are significant numbers, and they reflect the many years I've been at the best club in the world. I’m grateful to still be playing for Real Madrid. I take it one day at a time, working to contribute to the team in every way I can and to keep enjoying basketball."
