Sergio Llull continues to solidify his legendary status at Real Madrid. In the recent game against Río Breogán, the captain equaled Felipe Reyes' record for the most ACB games played by a Real Madrid player, with 619 appearances.
Now in his 19th season with the club, Llull has been a vital figure since joining in 2006-07, contributing greatly to the basketball section’s recent success. Throughout his career at Madrid, he has won eight league titles, earning MVP honors in the league once and in the final twice, while also being named to the competition’s best quintet three times.
In addition to holding the record for the most games played, Llull is also the club's all-time leader in points (6,477), assists (1,920), minutes (13,464), and three-pointers made (985). He is second only to Felipe Reyes in total valuation (6,617) and free throws made (1,158), further cementing his position as one of the greatest players in Real Madrid’s basketball history.
