Sergio Ramos, legendary captain of Real Madrid, posted a thought-provoking message following Madrid’s 0–1 defeat to Getafe at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.

The former Sevilla, Paris Saint-Germain and Monterrey defender, who was present at the Bernabéu for the match, shared a leadership video by motivational speaker Victor Küppers with his 67.6 million Instagram followers.
