Real Madrid will be well represented at the upcoming UEFA Under-19 European Championship, with six academy players selected for Spain's squad heading to Wales.

Javi Navarro, Jesús Fortea, Mario Rivas, Diego Aguado, Thiago Pitarch, and Daniel Yáñez have all been called up for the tournament, which begins on June 28 and concludes on July 11.

Aguado, Pitarch, and Yáñez have already made their official first-team debuts for Real Madrid, while Fortea is regarded as one of the club's brightest young prospects. Goalkeeper Javi Navarro also attracted widespread praise after his standout performance in Juvenil A's UEFA Youth League triumph, with many comparing him to Thibaut Courtois.

The tournament could prove particularly significant for Pitarch. According to the report, his future at Real Madrid may be decided after he returns to Valdebebas, where José Mourinho is expected to assess him during preseason.

Spain have been drawn in Group A alongside Wales, Denmark, and Germany. The team is guaranteed three group-stage matches, with progression to the knockout rounds offering the opportunity to compete for the European title, which will be decided on July 11.
