Real Madrid continued the execution of the works in the 2022-23 financial year, expecting the completion of the essential part of them by the end of 2023. The execution has been carried out according to the scheduled plan, making it compatible with the holding matches at the Santiago Bernabéu. The amount of the investment recorded in the 2022-23 financial year was 355 million euros, including the financial costs capitalized during the construction period.
