Real Madrid and Kylian Mbappe might unite their paths this summer. It is true that there is still time to find out if it's really happening or not, but let's analyze at which position the French star would play at Madrid.
The most logical position for Mbappé to play is at the attacking point, which has become orphaned since Karim Benzema left. Yet, there will undoubtedly be a lot of position switching in the Real Madrid attack next season. Returning to his starting position at AS Monaco would mean giving up his preference for playing with a second "9" by his side, despite his own public admission to the contrary. The companions of the French in such attacking trident would be Vinicius, Rodrygo, or Valverde.
Another possibility is the right wing, where he has performed on more than one occasion for Paris Saint-Germain. Rodrygo and Joselu would be the candidates to fill the position of "9" in this scenario. Of course, Mbappé cannot fully utilize all of his skills in this situation.
The last and least likely option is to play on the left wing because Vinicius Jr.'s name and surname are associated with that position. In any event, it is not impossible that Mbappé would play there at a particular time.
