Coach Chus Mateo said on Tuesday during the pregame press conference for their Clasico against Barcelona at the Palau Sant Jordi that "they respect all rivals, regardless of their name," and he is confident that his team will work hard to defeat a struggling opponent.

He also claimed that Guerschon Yabusele could play and ruled out Rudy Fernández and Gabriel Deck. "Yabusele has trained today and will play depending on how we see him, but he is ready to get into team dynamics. Rudy is still with discomfort, and we want to take care of him. It is nothing important, and when he is, he will return. Deck is taking steps forward in his recovery, but I hope that he will join soon."

Chus Mateo assured that with the demanding schedule of the coming weeks, they must "manage the loads well so that our players are in the best possible shape.
